A powerful and impressive solution for clearing vegetation, hedge cutting and bigger forestry job, the LS6 1000 is suitable for excavators 8-16 Ton. Options include standard hammer blades or a forestry rotor with hammer blades or fixed teeth providing the capacity to cut up to 35cm.
Description
With a cutting width of 1050mm, the LS6 1000 mulcher can be fitted in standard setup with Y-blades or hammer blades to clear gorse, cut overgrowth and for hedge cutting. Suitable for excavators 8-16 Ton the LS6 1000 can alternatively fitted with a forestry rotor with hammers or fixed teeth. With the forestry set up the LS6-1000 can manage cutting branches up to 35cm. The flail mowers are reversible which means they have no cutting directions, increasing the cutting speed and making them a top choice when operating at the side of the road to reduce movement ‘against the traffic flow’.
For larger excavators a piston motor can be fitted. The piston engine is necessary if the working pressure exceeds 200/250 bar (ie. the gear motor’s maximum pressure tolerance). It works with a maximum pressure of 350 bar (continuous mode) or 400 bar (intermittent mode).
Brackets, pipes and couplings are available with every attachment so that they are ready to work upon delivery. We can also fabricate custom orders in our workshop for options including flotation brackets, angled adaptors, thumbs and much more.
Supplied with: -Protective chain guard on both sides – anti-cavitation/flow control – No drain line required (unless fitted with a piston motor)
