The LS8 1600, a robust and potent fixed tooth mulcher, is suitable for excavators ranging from 18 to 30 tons. It boasts the ability to effortlessly cut through substantial branches and thick trunks, making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty forestry tasks. By mulching vegetation and organic materials directly on-site, the LS8 1600 contributes to a reduction in the necessity for burning or transporting debris, thereby offering both environmental advantages and cost savings.
Equipped with belt transmission, the high-performance LS8 1600 mulcher incorporates an anti-cavitation valve block, a protective system that prevents hydraulic pump damage in case the rotor encounters an obstruction or foreign object during cutting, resulting in a sudden stop.
The hoods on this mulcher are fully openable, providing enhanced cutting capacity when raised and offering protection when closed. These hoods effectively contain and mulch all debris. Furthermore, the mulcher is equipped with protective chains at the rear for added safety.
