The incredibly popular LS3 800 flail head offers a 900mm cutting width for excavators 2 – 5 Ton. Available with a choice or either Y blades or hammer blades it is the ideal choice for cutting grass, brambles and branches up to 5 cm in diameter. Unlike others, Robustrack flails do not require a drain line thanks to being fitted with a block of valves that acts as an anti-cavitation/flow control system that stops any spike in pressure or sudden stoppage from damaging the motor. Customers praise the LS3 800 for being an incredibly powerful, efficient and reliable attachment that never lets them down.
The LS3 800 comes fitted with an adjustable rear roller with 3 cutting positions allowing for a cleaner cut finish. Our flails are supplied ready to go with a bracket, pipes and couplings to suit your machine. All you need to do is run your excavator in single acting and away you go! We can also fabricate custom orders in our workshop for options including flotation brackets, angled adaptors, thumbs and much more.

Choice of Y blades or hammer blades on the rotor. Y blades are more suited to grass and hedge cutting where a neater finish is desired. Hammer blades are more robust and versatile and tend to be the most popular choice for general use.
