With a cutting width of 700mm the LS3 600R is a reversible flail mower head suitable for excavators from 2.5 – 4 Ton. Fitted with a choice of Y blades or hammer blades this flail is ideal for cutting brambles and grass up to 6cm in diameter.
Description
With all the benefits of the LS3 range but without the roller fitted, the LS3 600R is robust, easy to use, light but strong and reversible. Without the cutting roller the flail can cut from left to right and from right to left as you cut. The cutting efficiency is increased as well as the area you can clear per hour. This is beneficial especially when working on the road, where minimising the time you spend travelling against the traffic flow is essential. It is important to point out that the spinning direction of the rotor doesn’t change. The standard setup fits both Y blades or hammer blades. The LS3 600R offers a cutting width of 700mm. There is no requirement for a drain line with our flails as they are fitted with a block of valves designed to act as an anti-cavitation/flow control system that prevents a spike in pressure from damaging the motor of the flail. Brackets can be supplied with pipes and couplings meaning your flail is delivered ready to work. We can also fabricate custom orders in our workshop for options including flotation brackets, angled adaptors, thumbs and much more.
