Description
The MRS125HD hydraulic magnet is a compact all-in-one unit for heavy duty steel and iron handling.
The electromagnet includes an hydraulic generator and the controller, making the unit very easy and quick to install and uninstall.
This magnet can be mounted on different mobile cranes so you can have just one magnet for several machines.
The Hydraulic Magnet is easy to fix and can be hooked either on the excavator boom or attachment by means of chains which are included. Alternatively we can fabricate a bracket in our workshop to to your specifications for use with your quick hitch or boom.
The functions mag and de-mag are hydraulically controlled only switching ON and OFF the hydraulic oil flow of the machine; There is not need for any additional electrical connections.
The required hydraulic flow is taken from the attachment’s supply line or any other service line for example breaker, tilt bucket line or rotator line.
The controller provides an automatic counter-excitation that make the releasing of the material super quick.
The magnet can be supplied with or without teeth attached to help move through the assorted material.
