When I first thought about doing work experience, I knew working in a small-medium sized business would be of most interest to me. I wanted to be in a friendly environment with people who were kind and who would help me learn as much as possible about working in a business, Fortunately. I knew Roberta and Davide and they were more than happy to allow to me spend time with them and their team. They really made sure that when I did start, I would have the best time possible.
Although I knew I would be doing my work experience with people I knew, I was very nervous and I wasn’t sure if it would be for me. I was completely wrong, Everybody was extremely welcoming and the work environment was very inclusive. Keeping me involved and stimulated was a key priority for them. Everyone always had a smile on their face. They made me feel like I was apart of the Robustrack team from the minute I started.
During my three days at Robustrack, I was always stimulated and had something to do. I was given the opportunity to get a feel for all aspects of the business. Whether it was finance, management, sales and marketing or human resources, there was always something to discover which has helped improve my knowledge about many aspects of business. This was really valuable as I now have greater insight into what interests me and what I may choose to pursue in the future as a possible career.
