GETTING THE RIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET FOR YOUR MIXING BUCKET IS KEY!

The mounting bracket is an essential part of our concrete mixing bucket. It is the link between the attachment and the machine operating it. We make the mounting bracket with reinforced steel because it must be strong. It is definitely one of the elements under the most stress during the transportation and delivery phase.

Since our attachments can be fitted onto an extensive range of machines, we deliver concrete mixing buckets with a custom made mounting bracket.

If the customer wants to fit the bucket onto a skid loader, the standard Bobcat mounting bracket is the most common option. Customized mounting brackets for special machines are also available.

For telescopic handlers we have the standard mounting bracket for JCB, Manitou, Merlo and Waker Neuson available.

When the concrete mixing bucket is to be used with an excavator the mounting bracket is custom made to fit our customer’s quick hitch or to fit the pins at the end of the boom of the excavator.

We recommend having the mounting bracket welded to the body of the bucket: this ensures strength and durability, increasing resistance to vibrations.

In addition it is also possible for us to supply the mounting bracket bolted onto the body of the concrete mixing bucket: this is a great option should our customer need to use the attachment with different machines excavators. (Please note: Bolt on mounting brackets are available only for excavators.)

For orders confirmed before the 31/12/2017 the mounting bracket will also include the pins, if required.
