Description
Our LS2 800 flail head for excavators 2 – 3 Ton is strong and powerful yet remains light. Our flails come fitted with a block of valves that acts as an anti-cavitation/flow control system that stops any spike in pressure or sudden stoppage from damaging the motor. This means there is no requirement for a drain line on your machine. All that is required is to run the excavator in single acting.
The LS2 800 comes fitted with a rear roller that can be adjusted to 3 cutting positions allowing for a cleaner cut finish. Supplied with either Y-blades or hammer blades, the LS2 800 can cut grass, brambles and hedges up to 2-3cm in diameter. All our attachments can be supplied with a mounting bracket to your specification plus pipes and couplings so that your attachment is ready to ‘plug and play’. We can also fabricate custom orders in our workshop for options including flotation brackets, angled adaptors, thumbs and much more.

Choice of Y blades or hammer blades on the rotor. Y blades are more suited to grass and hedge cutting where a neater finish is desired. Hammer blades are more robust and versatile and tend to be the most popular choice for general use.
